Hiya, my latest worry is that I heard that the Coat's eye does not keep on growing the same rate ( or at all) as the healthy eye and by adulthood the face will look asymetric as one eye is bigger than the other. What do you know about it and has anybody got perhaps older/adult son with Coat's in one eye who could email me a photo to see whether and how bad is it gong to be pls.?If so Dave could you give my email to relevant person pls.?Thanks.

My sons face (he is now 23) is not deformed AT ALL. Because his Dr was able to "save" his eye he was able to develop naturally. And by save, I don't mean his sight, I mean his actual eyeball. Like I mentioned in my post his completely blind eye tracks right along with his good eye (who knows why) so you really don't even notice there is something different at first.
