My son was diagnosed with Coats' in January 2009. He is 2 years old and just had his second surgery on April 27th. We go to the Cole Eye Institute at the Cleveland Clinic. Dr. Rychwalski is his opthalmologist (HE'S THE BEST). We will be going back on Friday May 22nd to see what the retina specialist says. After his second surgery Joshua's doctor believes he will probably need another Cryo treatment. I am hopeful that the second surgery was more successful than the first.
